The FAA may assess civil penalties up to $27,500. Criminal penalties include fines of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment for up to three years.
We’re FAA certified which means we will not be fined and you will not be fined. If you hire a pilot that is not licensed, you both can be fined and all photos and videos removed.
